Returns and Exchange Policy – Rebel Allure & Co.
At Rebel Allure & Co., your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns:
• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
• To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Returned in the original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Exchanges:
• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• If you’d like a different item or size, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Final sale items or customized products.
• Items damaged due to improper care or wear.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
1. Contact us at returns@rebelallure.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. We’ll provide a return label (if applicable) and instructions.
3. Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Additional Notes:
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• For damaged or defective items, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
